He is an experienced human resource professional with multi-site and international CPG and wholesale distribution experiences supporting manufacturing, field and corporate environments. Has the ability to blend business strategies, identify and execute HR initiatives and motivate resources to deliver results. Has a strong passion for people development and mentoring relationships to meet business objectives and retain talent. Demonstrates excellent advanced consultative and coaching skills as exhibited through high-level interaction and influence.
Is a certified DDI facilitator (Development Dimensions International) and Master Facilitator for small and large groups.
